joy with their candles, pottery, and orders. Due to the
nature of the ceramics and each item being individually
made by hand, Blu Sun® is unable to process returns. If you are not
completely satisfied with the quality of your product or damage occurs,
please contact Blu Sun within 72 hours of receiving
your vessel at marchella@blusuncompany.com.
Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item
and the shipping box to be assisted accordingly.
Any refund or exchange will be at Blu Sun’s sole discretion.
